The Misunderstood Chimon.

“ The difference between you and I is astronomical. While you retain this facade as the hero of the common people, you're nothing but a demon in human clothing, coveting the belongings of others in the shadows. Me? Well, I prefer not to wear their skin.”

SPELL INFO
Spell 1:
𝐊atsu’s 𝐄arthshaker
Katsu can create basic structures by using 1% of divinity, mold them further using 1% more of his divinity, and raise them out of the ground to levitate them by using 2% of his divinity. Though they can only go as far as his passive ability's limit to continue being controlled, he can be launched outside of the zone with ease. He can also recover anything previously manipulated (that has been uprooted from the ground), by simply getting it back inside his range by spending 15% divinity, Katsu can increase the range of earth he can manipulate at once, expanding it by 5 meters (16 feet) and can do this up to 4 times (60% divinity total). This new radius lasts for 4 rounds (resets every time it is increased).
spell passive ability: Katsu permanently has a range of 3233 feet (~10 meters) that you can affect with your divinity, and you can also create, grow, and manipulate rock/minerals on your own skin as they are ingrained within your scales (skin while in human form). Rock covering your skin this way increases whatever body part it covers by 2x. You can also use other spells that create different types of earth or nature on your skin as well, your draconic body being infused with the raw elements of the land (magma, gems, wood, rock) and are ingrained into your skin in both mind and body.spell ability limits: Katsu can only control/create one type of earth/rock at a time, which are metamorphic (ex. basic stone), sedimentary (ex. sand or sandstone), and igneous (ex. granite). all rock you create with your divinity instead of controlling it costs 5% divinity, and are already set to levitate/sit on top of whatever you are on and also are made in an amount 2x bigger than you. You can increase the size of this formation by expanding 2% divinity, increasing its size by 5ft, and can do this however much you want. To change between the type of rock you are using, you can expend 5% divinity to completely change it by condensing it (becomes metamorphic), crushing it into small pieces (sedimentary), or quickly melting and cooling it (igneous). If there is no rock to control that is of this same type of rock, then it follows the original way to increase how much of it you have.𝐃aichi Obliterate:
> Katsu can manipulate the earth to create large and frequent earthquakes. That can lead up to a hundred meters, which can cause natural disasters. You know what I mean by this when I say earthquakes in hiraeth, big areas go boom. The area width of this spell is about 100 meters, though the base of this spell is 30%. The Daichi obliterate can increase or decrease by 25 meters continuously. Which adds or subtracts 5% of divinity from the attack, -1 Tier to movement speed and balance to opponents.
𝐆olem’s of the Forest:
> Katsu can create earth golems that are variable in size, along with being able to manipulate sand and create sand barriers around areas for protection or offensive attacks. The maximum of golems that can be created is twenty, though the divinity of the golems each are 8% drain.
𝐊atsu’s Oboreru:
> Katsu has the ability to turn any part of the earth into a slush. Like quicksand and mochi, anyone that is standing on the area Katsu is manipulating can get stuck permanently causing them to sink underground, as if they were drowning underwater. Although in this type of case the ones getting caught can sink to a bottomless pit of earth. The area width of this spell is about 100 meters, though the base of this spell is 30%. The oboreru can increase or decrease by 25 meters continuously. Which adds or subtracts 5% of divinity from the attack, -1 Tier to movement speed this applies to opponents.
𝐃eath of the forest:
> Having the ability to manipulate the dead bones of people, Katsu can do things with the skeletons that he cannot do himself, like getting dismantled as one and reattached. This spell drain is maximum of 36% of divinity depending on how many skeletons he uses. He can make eighteen skeletons at max. Meaning each skeleton is 2% of divinity.
𝐅renzy:
> Having the ability to create and manipulate the earth to heat at an absurd amount, creating magma which allows Katsu to burn things similar to magma that the fire dragon lord. Though this spell costs about 40% of divinity and can range throughout a very large village.
𝐃ry fate of life:
> Having the ability to create sand from within the earth or his body he can make all types of things such as domains, spikes, swords, etc. This is the regular sand. Though having the most versatile sand manipulating spell, Katsu can create iron sand and iron. This gives him the ability to do a lot of things similar to sand manipulation. This spell divinity cost is about 15%. The range the sand can hit is the size of a large valley.
𝐋ife of earth:
> Having the spell ability to heal from the earth is very similar to piercy Jackson. Katsu can touch earth and heal himself no matter what type of wound it is. This spell has different types of healing cost. 5% for a small wound, 15% for medium ones, 30% for large ones, and 60% for fatal ones. Missing limbs grow back but the cost of healing it back to normal is 95%. replacement divinity cost 70% divinity cost.
Make it 5% for small wounds, 15% for medium ones, 30% for large ones, and 60% for fatal ones.Spell Ability Limits 1: Distance, mass, precision, etc. depend upon the knowledge, skill, and strength of the user and their power's natural limits.
Art: locked for right now.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
CROWN OF A LORD
To mark their Lordship, each of the three holds greater mental powers than the rest of their kind, this referred to symbolically as the Crown, and literally applied through mental abilities others do not innately possess. Each of the Lords has the innate ability to communicate with telepathy, a skill that increases in scope and ability with time. They can telepathically commune with others of their race with ease, and with those they have formed strong bonds with. The strongest of Lords can telepathically commune with any being, needing only to transfer ideas, and being in a sense omnilingual. In this way, the Lords can commune with any of their ilk, and even other Intelligent Familiars, to provide aid. The Crown further grants the Lords incredible mental fortitude, able to resist any mental attack or effect, so that their eyes and heart may lay solely with Linemell - No matter what alliances the Lords form after, their first is to the Draconic.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
ROBES OF A LORD
The scales of a Dragon Lord are, symbolically, known as their Robes - And, similar to the Crown, this is a further mark of their Lordship. Each of the three have incredible resilience by virtue of their station, but beyond this, their scales are immune to elemental attacks and effects that strike against them, and such attacks are absorbed. In this way, the Lords may themselves be a shield for their people - But the benefits of this extend further. If struck with elemental attacks, after absorbing them into their scales, the Lord in question gains temporary control over the element, able to launch attacks with it. How long they maintain this control scales with the power of the Lord in question. Send an army of mages and elementalists against Linemell - The Lords will not fall to them.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
CREST OF A LORD
The third and final mark of Lordship, and the power that lets the Dragon Lords stand against any invader - Their bloodline, and their heritage of the Lords before them, manifested as the Crest of their Lordship. The Dragonlords can call upon their heritage, and through their bodies, become the embodiment of their bloodline, gaining immense power for as long as they can maintain this state - The length of this ability, like the above, scaling with the Lord in the question. While in this state, the Lord gains access to the Divinity of their predecessors, able to cast spells at higher power and without a toll on their divinity pool, and lowering all cooldowns on their spells. (At base, reduce all cooldowns by one post.) Usage of this skill is dangerous if done for long periods, as the Lord may lose their sense of self the longer they channel their heritage through themselves, until they lose themselves completely in the sea of voices, becoming naught but a beast.

Personal

⊱ Personality: Phlegmatic, open-minded, and a collected person, even close to cold. These are some defining aspects that characterize katsu. He is a person who enjoys spending time outside and can pass time by simply gazing at the sun all-day while contemplating on variable things in his head. Though because of his reserved temperament, he often becomes more detached and secretive. Katsu is unfathomable at first and comes off to be surrounded by an atmosphere of ambivalence... Still, this is nothing more than a screen plotted to obscure how prudent he really is. He's incredibly timid and perpetually apprehensive to boot. One could be exonerated for guessing him to be hard and pessimistic — and truth be told that a junction of his mouth is often curled up into a small sarcastic smile to abstain from a conversation. Though not being like the other dragon lords, katsu enjoys being by his lonesome. Taking the time out of his day to visit the young kins and meet humans from time to time. He trusted humans along with being an adventurous dragon. The Other lords of linemell did not take to that so kindly. So they started to treat him like an out cast, just because His experience with the more traitorous race was more so different. That truly felt good, changing the way he thought about life. Maybe the humans weren’t so bad after all, though having the killer instinct in his blood. He wouldn’t even hesitate to kill a human if it came down to it. Only being raised by humans the first decade of his whole life made him have this soft spot. His love for humans, was neutrally good. Having his pro and cons, katsu deep down inside. Hated the other dragon lords, though they were his family. Always bullying him, just because he wasn’t fond of anything around them. They were honestly the most biggest jerks to the young dragon lord. Taking all the verbal and physical abuse, he acted as if they were always joking with him. The two weren’t, though feeling as left alone in the world with them. He wanted to just rule linemell himself, being very selfish. Which he usually wasn’t, but has to be when they are around him. Though as the lord of the earth, Katsu viewed the world more vividly. Enjoying the peace it had, though ever since the destruction of linemell. He has not been at a peaceful mindset, experiencing heat sweat nightmares and extreme headaches.⊱ Likes and Dislikes:Katu loves The nightfall, being one that loves Stargazing. He rather is complex, when it comes to gazing upon the atmosphere. Though being born under the stars, his father always told him he was the comet’s govern. Having that great glaze of pureness, makes him different from others.Loving the wild life game, Katsu takes an interest in training. For his morality, peace, perspective. Though being trained all his life, he took under the wing of his father. Becoming a young monk, though changing his ways just a little bit. He has the mindset, that can help him wield through others. Along with leading others.Growing up in a large family, katsu always has been introduced to different people. Though having a cold shoulder, he can sometimes be negative to others without noticing. Though this gives him a personality trait of being confident and brave. Learning that he was not the same as his siblings, he took positive and negative parts of them.Dislikes
During his time period of becoming a monk, he had to harvest the idea of honesty. Which gives him a personality trait of seeing when others lie. He disliked the idea of lies, why would others lie? He questioned most the time. Learning that the world was way more colder, then it seemed to be.
Having a father, that stole once in while made him dislike the idea of stealing. Even if he was his own person, being greedy was not his cup of tea. Only people that were needy and wanted things they’re not supposed have, wanted I steal. It made themselves feel good, don’t let Katy’s catch you stealing he might try to take you in for theft or kill you.⊱ Hobbies:

⊱ Backstory:
One day on a normal quest, Akio the adoptive father of Katsu. Would be heat about small kids taking eggs, which led them to being kidnapped by a dragon. Which was terrible but at the same time it didn’t really matter, because akio would sneakily take an ice ore, that contained an egg. But he ended up fleeing the area because of the dragon mother rampage, which would likely destroy the area. It was sad because he left the other eggs behind.
But moving onto the real story…Katsu would be one of first to hatch from its egg, meaning he was one dragon out of five salamanders. It was odd because the hatchlings would surround him. They stared him down, simultaneously. But Akio and sakahara smiled looking down at them, they thought it was cute. But in reality, Katsu was afraid for his life.Though stumbling out of the group, he would wander over towards sakahara holding onto her legs beginning to cry out loud. He was sad, or more like upset because he was a baby I guess. Quickly growing older Katsu would be five years old, he was meditating. Over in the middle of a waterfall, sitting on top of a large Boulder. That’s when Akio would call for him, walking over he smiled. Then that’s when he was told about the crafts of his arts. It was time for him to learn how to black smith and officially become one with the witches cult. Katsu was excited, because he out of all his siblings would be devoted to learning his fathers ways. Though he was exiled at learning things. So this would be something, him and his family would be proud about.Eight years later, Katsu would be the age of thirteen. He was officially a young witch cult apprentice, he believed in the way of the witch. Although still had some thoughts that were similar to an demonic presence. he still had a good and long way to go before he would reach a holy point. Katsu was an excellent blacksmith, even though he still needed to practice his craft. But it was okay, but the fact he was never told who his true parents were. But he was always told that miracles happen a lot. Even seeing how his future will be, he never thought of himself of being a salamander. Because, he looked so different from the rest. His true identity would be a wyvern ancestor To the dragons.Though being chosen for a candidate of dragon lords, katsu deflected. Realizing he would have to drop some of his morality’s. Even growing older, he needed to be smart and take offers that would never come to him again. So taking the choice of becoming one, he accepted it. Earning the respectful title, Dragon of the earth.

Appearance

⊱ Height: 5’11⊱ Weight: 145 LBS*⊱ Notable/Unique Detail(s):

ap, tap, tap. The sounds of footsteps would fade in the atmosphere, as everything would suddenly turn silent. The sounds of those footsteps would be dominant amongst the other sounds. Finally, it stopped. The footsteps would stop, as a tall, a bit bulky, shadowy figure would be seen. Just behind it was the sun, blinding everything in front of said figure. It was none other than Shibito Kokyu, the famed Dead Man Breathing. Shi had made a name for himself, he got his alias due to a previous encounter. He had a job, as always, but it was somewhat of a troubling job.He had to go all over the place to finish it. Long story short, he finished the quest and tried to claim his pay, until a few bounty hunters came up and tried to put an end to his life. The fight itself was close, these bounty hunters were probably highly trained since they were a child, but Shi was too. In fact, Shi has lived 2 lives, so he was unevenly better regarding experience. But, they had him outnumbered, so what does he do? He fights, of course. He kept fighting until he won, but in the end, it resulted in him badly injured. The “I’m fucking dying” kind of injured. And so, with little to no time to think, he made his way to the nearest village. There he was healed, but it wasn’t instant, he had to live there for several months until he could finally take another job again. That’s the story of Dead Man Breathing.Anyways, another day, another job. Shibito stood tall before a cave, a dark and infamous cave known for its monsters and whatever. Just above it, lies a huge mountain. It has caused several deaths over the past few years, well you can’t really blame the mountain for it. He sighs in relief, as he finally arrives at his objective. Yes, the cave was his objective. Without any time to waste, he enters the cave. Unsheathing his blade as he does so, and so he is now fully prepared for combat. His sword is something he needs, without it, he’ll be at 50% of his full strength. After a few minutes of walking through the cave, snarls and growls began to fade in the atmosphere. Normal humans couldn’t possibly hear it, but Shi can. His ears are as sharp as ever, hearing even small little things from several miles away. No one knows how he does it, he just does. It’s inhuman, but it proves to be very useful, both in combat and in anything else. As he got closer, he heard vague screams coming from the left, it was a woman. Yep, this was definitely the right cave. He immediately ran towards the source of the scream, as it got louder every meter he got closer. After a while, he spots out the woman. Her name? Alice Vurtur, his father, paid Shi well to rescue her. Mr. Virtue said that she was captured and taken hostage, for the ransom money of course. There were three men, no four men. Three of them were armed with a sword, as the other one was armed with a bow. He was informed that these men were not masters of Divinity, so this should be easy and quick. Well, that was a fucking lie. The guy with the bow instantly opened fire at Shi as soon as he saw him, whilst the other three dashed towards him with high speed, their swords were midway into slashing the shit out of Shi. Not good, not good. They’re fast, and they know what to do. Welp, there’s only one thing that Shi can do. He smirks, as both of the swords and the arrow get close to him, he opens his mouth and speaks.“Wall of Earth!”His smirk continued, as a thick, 3 meter line of the cave’s surface would rise from its sleep and deflect their attacks. Divinity, what a wonderful thing to have. Sad that it wasn’t created on Earth, that would’ve been useful. Well, maybe. The four men responded in a confused manner, all of them almost making the same face in sync. Their faces filled with amazement and fear, what a great mix! The “Wall of Earth” would descend to its origin, only to reveal that Shi was not there. They looked around the vicinity, the woman was still there, but where did Shi go? They started to tremble, as they continued to look around for Alice’s soon-to-be rescuer.“Hi.”Shi says, as he reappears behind the man with the bow. He’s currently in a playful manner, which is great yet kind of psychotic. Considering the context. Shibito quickly stabs the bowman in the back, as his sword pierced through him. One dead, three more to go. After seeing their friend die, killed by Shi, they were fueled by anger and hatred. They rushed towards Shi instantly after seeing the bowman drop dead to the ground. Shi scoffs, to think that they would run after seeing their friend just died in front of them, how pathetic. Shi spoke once more, each word stabbing their fighting spirit.“Earth Barrage.”Then, a wide part of the cave’s surface in front of Shi would rise, as it would suddenly move towards the direction of the three men at a fast pace. Destroying every part of their body. A painful death, well, he’s been there before, but the plane version. He sheathed his blade, carrying Alice towards the exit of the cave. And as they got out, he would start to walk towards the village, where Alice’s father would await for his own daughter. And where Shi would get his pay, finally he can treat himself, maybe an expensive restaurant?
